Ou Chheangouy

Ou chheangouy is a volunteer in NIPTICT Team. He came from Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He graduated Toun Fa high school. Now he is a freshman in E-commerce major at National Institute of Post Telecom & ICT; that major related to business with new technology. He was involved in this position because he loves sharing his love for youth people and wants to see the youth generation grow better. His position as a volunteer is to spread the information to all over the world by social media that make people change there mind to help our youth generation.
