Sivhuang Lay
As a business strategist driven by technology and innovation, Sivhuang has led various innovative projects in the area of anti-counterfeiting technology (China), community currency (Spain), and financial technology particularly focusing on digital payments and transformation (Cambodia). She holds a MBA from China as the awardee of the Chinese Government Scholarship, and International Masters in Global Markets Local Creativities from the United Kingdom, Spain and Germany as the awardee of the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship. With a strong passion in education and youth empowerment, Sivhuang also currently serves as the Vice President of the Erasmus Mundus Association in Cambodia and visiting lecturer in financial technology and entrepreneurship at the universities. In addition, she has actively supported the ecosystem as guest speaker, mentor, judge, and advisor in various local and international educational forums and business competitions in countries including Sri Lanka, Maldives, China, Spain and of course, Cambodia.
