Sivlean Seng

Sivlean was born in Banteay Meanchey Province, Cambodia. Now she’s a year two student who majors in E-commerce at National Institute of Posts, Telecoms & ICT. At high school, she was a youth volunteer of Cambodia Red Cross. She used to volunteer for TEDx RUPP, IDP Education (Cambodia) and Australian Centre for Education (ACE). She always join volunteering work whenever there is an opportunity as she strongly believe that this act will help improve the society and also her social skill which are an obligation for the Youth as her. Beyond that, she said “Joining volunteering work always give me sense of solidarity”. Moreover, the reason which inspire her to join the International Youth for a Better World organization, because she wants to help her younger generation by inspiring them with one quote that is “Be the change you want to see”.
